Information regarding the processing of your personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
This notice has been prepared by Kimya Medya Yayıncılık ve İnsan Kaynakları Tic. A.Ş. (ChemMedia) as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Through contact forms, subscriptions and applications, we process identity and contact data such as your name, company information, email address, phone number and the content of the message you submit.
Your personal data is processed to respond to your requests and questions, to carry out advertising and subscription processes, to send newsletters, to establish and maintain business and service relationships, and to fulfil legal obligations.
Your data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment/performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation and legitimate interest under Article 5/2 of the KVKK; in other cases it is processed based on your explicit consent.
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our suppliers, our business partners and authorized public institutions in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and — where the conditions are met — to request its erasure/destruction and the suspension of processing.
You may submit your requests in writing to [email protected] or to Artkim Center, 4. Levent / İstanbul. Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
